Ingredients for Kacha Amm Diye Macher Jhol | Fish Curry:

  • 2pcs Fish fry and 2pcs Fish-Egg fry  
  • 2pcs Raw mango (boiled)  
  • Bengali’s traditional Radhuni Masala 
  • Garlic paste 
  • Ginger-Cumin & Green Chili paste  
  • Sugar
  • Salt 
  • Mustard Oil

Method:

  1. Heat the oil in a deep pan and gently fry the Bengali's traditional Radhuni Masala and garlic paste for about 5 mins until soft. Add the ginger-Cumin & green chili paste and stir-fry for 1-2 mins, then tip in the  2pcs Raw mango (boiled). Add sugar and salt to taste. 
  2. Bring to a simmer, then add the 2pcs fish fry and 2pcs fish-egg fry. Gently cook for 4-5 mins until the fish flakes easily. Serve immediately with rice, chapati or naan.
