Ingredients for Vegetable Soup Recipe:

  • Palang Boiled
  • Calabash Boiled
  • Tomato Boiled
  • Cabbage Boiled
  • Sugar free
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter
  • Green Chili 1pices
  • Cornflower
  • Hing
  • Fried Cabbage and Onion

For Vegetable Stock:

  • Palang Boiled
  • Calabash Boiled
  • Tomato Boiled
  • Cabbage Boiled
  • Salt to taste

For garnish:

  • Fried Cabbage
  • Fried Onion

Process for Vegetable Stock:

  • Chop scrubbed vegetables into 1-inch chunks. Remember, the greater the surface area, the more quickly vegetables will yield their flavor.
  • Heat oil in a soup pot. Add Calabash, Tomato, Cabbage and Palang leaves. Cook over high heat for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Add salt and water and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Strain. Discard vegetables.
  • Ready Vegetable Stock.

Process for Vegetable Soup:

  • At first Boiled Palang leaves, Calabash, Tomato, Cabbage together mixed and grind in grinder mixer grinder machine.  
  • Heat butter and hing in a large soup or stock pot. Add the grind vegetables (Boiled Palang leaves, Calabash, Tomato, Cabbage), stirring for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Add 1pices of Green Chili, worm water and heat for 6 to 8 minutes more.
  • Add salt to taste, butter, ½ tablespoon cornflower powder, and coat the vegetables well.
  • Adjust seasonings to taste.
  • At last ready soup, and add some black paper, fried Cabbage and Onion for garnish. Enjoy this healthy soup recipe.
