Capsi Paneer Seekh Recipe is a great one-dish party food option when entertaining a crowd. Grilled capsicum, paneer, served with loads of vegetables, a tangy spicy sauce, it can be enjoyed as a snack or as a main course dish too Shashlik. Capsi-Paneer Seekh has two methods of preparation.

  • Paneer
  • capsicum
  • tomato
  • boiled potato
  • cornflower
  • coriander powder
  • cumin powder
  • red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • biryani masala
  • Sticks

How to make Capsi-Paneer Seekh Recipe
  • To begin making the Capsi-Paneer Seekh Recipe, first mix together the vegetables Paneer, Capsicum, Tomato, boiled Potatoes pieces in a large glass mixing bowl mix with Cornflower, Coriander powder, Cumin powder, Red Chili powder, Salt to taste, Biryani masala together thoroughly.
  • Pre-heat the oven and soak Sticks in a bowl of water.
  • Take one Sticks at a time and pierce in the vegetables (Paneer, Capsicum, Tomato, boiled Potatoes pieces).
  • Ready vegetables sticks.
  • Add oil to a hot pan and add vegetables sticks fry lightly. Ensure that you turn the vegetables sticks every 2 minutes, carefully, using mittens, till they are evenly cooked on all sides.
  • Place the One after the other vegetables sticks onto the wire grill tray and slide it on to the top rack position in the oven. Place a drip/crumb tray at the bottom to collect any juices that may fall off the vegetables sticks.
  • Put a grill tray on the oven and place vegetables sticks hold few seconds for smocking flavor. 
  • Once evenly cooked, remove the tray from the oven and gently take the vegetables sticks out and prepare to serve.
  • Serve the Capsi-Paneer Seekh on hot on a garnished with Fresh Vegetarian Pasta Salad for a wholesome Tiffin time for your family or a party.
