They are healthy as they are pan fried and loaded with veggies. You can use any kind of garnished with fried chopped cabbage or onion and almond nuts.

Ingredients for Stuffed Capsi Paneer Recipe / Stuffed Capsicum Paneer:


  • Boiled Capsicum 
  • Garlic Paste 
  • Red Chili Powder 
  • Onion 
  • Paneer 
  • Boiled Potatoes 
  • Oil 
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat the oil in a deep pan and gently fry the mustard seed & green chili paste for about 5 mins until soft.
  2. Add sugar and salt to taste. 
  3. Bring to a simmer, then add the Bele fish fry 6pcs & red chili powder. Gently cook for 2-3 mins until the fish flakes easily. 
  4. Serve with hot rice, chapati or naan.
